We had a great meal at Braise Food and Wine. Although I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t remember what my main course was, I do remember that it was delicious – and that for an appetizer we had the Trio of House Charcuterie. (You’ve got to order meat at a place called “braise”, right?)

Saturday night at 7:30 was of course a busy time, so the only table left was at the bar. But we still had decent service and a lovely meal. The decor was lovely, with lots of intimate dining and lounging areas.

The only thing detracting from the experience was the fact that the bartender couldn’t confidently recommend a wine for our meal, and the sommelier was too busy with other guests.
